DBV isnt coming for a very long time, if ever. Way too many in the MM still and I imagine it will stay so for years. The shitstorm about them polluting the MM was huge and the tank is too good.
Expect a limited 5k sold for 55k-100k gold, if ever rereleased.

imo kpz, but it depends on playstyle
In short: The KPZ 07 P(E) is sneaky from the second row, has good DPM, can actually bounce down the hull a bit, and can relocate quickly. The 452K is slow and has a shotgun. So, with the 452K, you drive where it hurts and shoot the enemy in the face from close range. It can also bounce a bit. I have both and wouldn’t want to be without either.

No, it means that they want to sink as much resources as possible. Which imo is because in September they will release content, that requires a lot of resources, and WG don’t want players to skip it alltogether just because they have hoarded a load of stuff over the years, rather they want you to grind it as the update is released. Which, sa weird as it may sound, is completely fair.

“July-August” means that it will be released on 31st July, because all Ass. shops are released on Thursday. I’d love to get the KPz 07, it’s a very interesting tank from what I’ve seen and quite similar in playstyle to the E5, so I should enjoy it. But no resources left after the Gryphon 🙁
KPZ looks neat. I didnt blow all my resources in the last assembly shop though, and for “looks neat”is not worth it.
I would play it 10,20 battles, and even in 100 it would not be worth the price.

Kampfpanzer 07 P(E). I watched a few CC videos about it, and it’s a big HMMMM. It has everything it needs in terms of victory & DPM, but still… not quite. There was a time when a speed-boosted fly on the cliff penetrated it, and its abdomen even tracked it, even though the poor tanker tried to side-scrape at the last moment.
It would be tempting to assemble it but…, I don’t know. Now, before the CC party where a “big” announcement is expected, who knows what will happen, and maybe I should be hoarding in-game currency. I’ll probably skip it.
I’ll wait for the waffle iron thats FUCKING OWED BACK TO ME to be returned before I spend anything. Been missing out FOR YEARS NOW. And its not even any good in a game.
