WoT Supertest: Changes to Oyster Bay Map

On the Oyster Bay map, we have substantially reworked the heavy tank direction, with changes aimed at making the gameplay more dynamic.

(1) The upper sub direction has been redesigned. A number of protected positions have been added in various places, allowing you to advance with more ease as you move between them.

(2) The central sub direction has also become more friendly for those moving forward, with a sheltered zone mid-way.

(3) The upper and central sub directions have been linked by a cave which lets you move between them and creates flanking opportunities.

(4) The TD positions adjacent to the heavy tank direction have been weakened: you can no longer fire at the vehicles coming from the upper sub direction in F7 and H6.

  1. WOT now a Heavy Tank much more heavily biased Game, press W and laugh as nobody can effectively shoot at you, and when they can shoot at a HT its ONLY at the turret!
    So Heavy Tanks only game!
in truth the WG Ruskie Tank biased muppets dev managers have been ‘fixing’ all Maps for HT play for years,

  2. the only possible good change this map can receive is to change it to non-existing.
80% of the fucking map is unplayable because its a fucking runway with 0 cover of any kind. who the fuck thinks of these maps, same with lakeville, outpost, studzianki and i dont even know what else
out of touch fucking clown fiesta, both devs and decision makers should be banned for life from ever touching a video game again

  3. Nothing you can do for this map. There are other maps you took out of rotation that are much better..

  4. awesome. wargaming really destroying the TD positions that could help heavy tanks fight back flanks. no. seriously wargaming. awesome job. keep destroying your maps an favoring brain dead one sided push that cant be held back.
