Should have 800 hp to 1000 hp..
TOG II gets up to 1770 hitpoints (with hardening and field mods) at Tier 6 and it’s still a turd, so FCM getting 900-1000 hitpoints stock at Tier 3 would be fine, tier for tier it’s the same type of tank with the same gameplay.
