WoT: Changes To All Personal Reserves

Many of you might have missed the Personal Reserves changes from the Battle Pass article. So there it is in a separate post to remind everyone.

Details

  • All Personal Reserves will have a duration of one hour.
  • Personal Reserves for Crew XP and Free XP will be merged into a single combined type. (This also applies to Season IX progression rewards.)
  • Along with the three types of Personal Reserves, there will be two grades of bonuses: Standard (+50% to XP / +50% to credits / +200% to Crew and Free XP) and Improved (+100% to XP / +100% to credits / +300% to Crew and Free XP).
  • Newly-issued Standard Personal Reserves, including those from Season IX Base Rewards, will have an expiration date (one month after Season IX ends), but Improved Personal Reserves will not.

Once the new mechanics are introduced, all Personal Reserves on your account will be converted into the new reserves at no loss of value. Personal Reserves that are collected as Season IX Base Rewards before the implementation of the new mechanics will not have expiration dates after being converted. Moreover, Personal Reserves that come as Improved Rewards will never have expiration dates.

You can expect a dedicated article on the new Personal Reserves mechanics in the coming days.

  1. Ah yes
More of those things I often forget about because of the bad Ui

Hiding it underneath two other menus in a corner. Brilliant.

  2. Thx, i hated it.

creating a timed one for F2P users and turning all existing ones into 1H booster is a shame

    1. 2H booster is not very practical.

Maybe the change should be optional by the player to transfor a 2H 50% into a 1H 100% or the way around
      1H 100% to a 2H 50%
With that system every one will be happy.

  3. Their greed has no limits.. Setting an expiration for reserves is just wrong. I really hope that a greedy **stard who came up with that idea would die painfully..

    1. A bit extreme, don’t you think? Wishing someone a painful death over something in a video game is very sad. While yes I think the changes are stupid and totally pointless and also screwing the player base over with timed boosters while trying to disguise it as a good change is insulting, wishing death is very inappropriate.

    1. right . Like wth this is all about money . Its hard enough to earn credits now my credit reserves will expire . Screenshot all your reserves so you can have proof if they jip you

  4. How are they going to do it without losing any value some have different percentages . Yea i call bs and now IMPROVED ones are the only one that dont expire . wargaming is just causing wot to die faster with these dumb changes .

  5. Please, also put an expiration date on the decals, emblems and others … if you don’t put them in a tank within a month of receiving them THEY DISAPPEAR

  6. Was it too much effort to make a full article about a change like this? I think it’s pretty relevant for anyone who’s still active in the game.

Also, the wording is rather confusing. Will all personal reserves get an expiration date, or only those obtained AFTER this change goes live? I have some 600+ reserves and losing all of them because of a stupid expiration date would be pretty upsetting.

And since when boosters in a videogame have a bloody expiration date anyway?
