Supertest: 🇨🇿 Škoda T 56 (Complete Stats)

Fresh news from the Supertest as the new Škoda T56, a Tier VIII Czechoslovakian heavy tank, heads over to the early test server.

The vehicle is equipped with a 130 mm caliber, 2-shell autoloader. Its damage per shot is 460 HP, with a reload time between shots within the magazine of 4 s, and a magazine reload time of 25 s. The penetration values of the standard (AP) and special (HEAT) shells are 208 and 290 mm, respectively. The aiming time is 2.9 s, and the gun dispersion is 0.4 m.

In terms of survivability and mobility, this is a typical heavy tank. The thickness of the frontal turret armor reaches 220 mm, with a durability of 1,500 HP. The vehicle has a specific power of 13.5 h.p./t which enables it to reach speeds of up to 35 km/h.

The Škoda T56 stands out primarily for its gun, but its other parameters are decent, too. The combination of high firepower and decent survivability allows this heavy tank to perform effectively in any combat situation.

The Škoda T56, is the second Czech heavy to enter the battlefield but it won’t be last.

  1. Is it just me or this thing will spam HEAT like crazy ?
And even if it is not, I feel like the superb Alpha, with the crazy 2 shots burst is too much OP…

    1. The autoloader is not OP at all.

The clip reload is great, but the shell cycling is horrible at 4 seconds (same as Char Futur), and the average burst damage is 920, lower than all other Tier 8 autoloader HTs.

Combine that with weak armor and bad aim time, bad accuracy and most likely bad gun handling, and this tank looks quite balanced to me. I also expect it to be prone to lots of module/crew damage like the CZSK meds.

And yes, with 290 gold pen expect people to load nothing but HEAT, but that seems a pretty common trend in recent times.

      1. Interesting, but still, their reload time are way higher. More than 35 sec for the T77 for example, even more for others.
Another way to look at it is to compare it to the Object 703 version II. This one is more like an autoreloader than an autoloader, with the edge of the double shot, yet has a 5 sec between shots.
Even the IS-2-II has 4 sec between shots, with a low 300 alpha.
Anyway, if it’s well balanced, you may be right ! But I fear the deadly combination of having a great alpha, and burst. And a short reload (for an autoloader..) will make it too powerful.
… I just realized that the Emil 1 is a good comparaison too. Clip potential is nearly the same, but it’s on 6 sec, not 4. The alpha is at 360 (below average) and the reload is higher. Also, look at the Bisonte. In the end, it feels better than all of these.
        But I may be wrong…

    2. with 4 shots per minute it won’t really spam in quantity, it takes roughly the same time to reload and fire 2 shots as the T34 and Vk100.01(P), both take 28.76s vs 29s on the Skoda T 56, but because it can only pen 208mm, which is too low for a 130mm gun as compared to the T34’s 248mm and Vk’s 220mm on their 120mm and 128mm guns (respectively), most players will obviously use HEAT

  2. sorry i’m not interested in another premium tank that requires gold ammo to do damage.
I buy premium tanks to gain credits, not burn them.

    wallet stays closed

  3. 208mm with standard AP Shells? but 290mm with HEAT Gold/ Special Shells!

pointless buying this T8 Premium HT all you end up doing is Gold/Special Shell spamming and losing Credits very fast
Another Big Fu-k up from WG

    Or is it?
what a great way to FORCE you to fire very expensive Gold ammo THEN after each battle your -50k to -100k worse off in minus Credits

to fix this you buy ‘Gold’ from the Premium Shop to convert into Credits and bingo problem solved!
Pay To Win from Wargame and Wargame is very (very) happy with all those €€ Premium Gold sales

    like lol eh?
But you would not put this past Wargame as blatant €€ profiteering
nothing is to low for Wargame when it comes to €€ $$ ££

    1. Most WG lovers spam gold rounds already as they have no clue how to play or where to shoot the tanks they are against in battles.

  4. Calling premium rounds gold rounds is dumb, they haven’t cost gold in a long time and now they’re completely free for all players. There’s so many ways to make millions and millions of credits in this game. Three days a week we get rental premium tanks, usually tier 8. Save up some bonds and buy a tier 8 premium from the bond shop or do the referral program or a marathon. When Tank Rewards is going you can get free tier 5 to 7 premium tanks. I’ve made millions with the Churchill III I got for free by using an invite code when I created my account. There’s so many ways to get 50% credit boosters and if you try at all you could probably get about a week’s worth of free premium time every month. Gold isn’t even actually worth that much in the game anymore. WOT is far from pay to win.

    1. none of the crying clowns will accept this as a fact because all they can understand is wg=bad
