Crew skins are awarded as an upgraded reward for completing Stage 40 of the Main Progress. The skins are non-historical and can be used on a crew member from a specific country and with any qualification.

Crew skins without voiceovers or any effect in game whatsoever must be the most, unimaginative and completely useless thing WG have introduced into the game. A most truly generous ‘reward’ indeed.
