WoWS PT, balance changes

In the second stage of the Public test for Update 0.9.4, we’ve changed the characteristics of several ships, having analyzed their combat performance and taken player feedback into account. Such changes were required in order to carefully adjust the balance of selected warships. We’ll continue to introduce changes in the updates that will follow, if deemed necessary.

VIII Öland

  • Stock torpedo tubes reload time reduced from 70 to 59 s.

VIII Cleveland

  • The “Fighter” consumable was added to the same slot as the “Surveillance Radar” consumable.

IX Seattle , X Worcester

  • The “Fighter” and “Spotting Aircraft” consumables were added to the same slot as the “Surveillance Radar” consumable.

VIII North Carolina

  • Deck armor plating increased from 37 to 38 mm.

  • The “Defensive AA Fire” consumable can now be mounted on any hull.

III Aurora

  • Turret traverse speed increased from 5.3 to 5.5 degrees per second.

IV Gangut

  • Base main battery firing range increased from 12.3 to 12.4 km.

III Valkyrie

  • Main battery reload time increased from 5.4 to 5.6 s.

IX Jutland

  • Main battery reload time increased from 4.2 to 4.3 s;
  • Torpedo tubes reload time increased from 124 to 125 s.

X Daring

  • Main battery reload time increased from 2.7 to 2.8 s;
  • Torpedo tubes reload time increased from 124 to 125 s.

II Weymouth

  • “Repair Party” consumable was added;
  • Main battery reload time increased from 8.57 to 8.9 s.

V Hawkins

  • Main battery reload time reduced from 13.5 to 13 s.

V T-22

  • “Hydroacoustic Search” consumable was added in a separate slot.

VI Ernst Gaede

  • “Hydroacoustic Search” consumable can now be mounted when the base hull is used.

Aviation:

Spotting range of all planes reduced from 17 to 16 km (This characteristic determines at what distance the aircraft is capable of spotting an enemy).
