Unfortunately WordPress decided to do us a nasty surprise by increasing the number of ads on the site rather than keeping the desired 2 boxes behind the first post. We are working on solving this problem, in the meanwhile you can turn on Adblock for a week or 2. It’s really annoying.
EDIT: I’ve contacted support and the issue has been fixed.
