I just noticed the Company Battles is currently available on the EU server. If I remember correctly, it was turned off since a while.
When I hold the cursor on the mode, it is written:
“Battle with manual selection of the allies against randomly chosen adversaries.
-Battle types: Standard, Encounter, Assault

This battle mode is available from 03th June 2016 to 07th June 2016 7:10 on the following Servers: WOT EU1, WOT EU2″
