WG created one of the most impressive skyscrapers in Nicosia and around Cyprus. The technology, design, mainetance and even the night lights of the building are at the highest level, both figuratively and literally, as the main feature of the building is the space it offers. In terms of technological and aesthetics the building can be compared to companies such as Google and Apple.
Located in the most attractive area of the city, the skyscraperr is 66.9 meters high and is the tallest building in the capital. The new Wargaming headquarters has an area of 8.029 square meters, to this there are also 3 floors underground. Execution of the building has been successfully completed by the company ООО Contracting Ltd.
Two underground floors of the building are used for parking for all employees of the skyscraper. On the 3rd floor there is a spa and fitness center.
Conference room:
The conference room is located at the very top of the building, which offers a pleasant view of the city skyline. In this room there are two 98 inch monitors with a resolution of 4K as well as 4 cameras for video conferencing from anywhere in the world. In terms of energy efficiency, the building is a class “A”.
On the roof of the building there are159 solar panels, which are shifted depending on the position of the sun in the sky, producing energy with a total capacity of 51.3 kW.
Using the solar panels on the roof in conjunction with the systems in the building leads to a significant reduction in energy consumption, but above all, without harming the environment which is very important for the government of Cyprus. Many residents of the capital are interested in the highest point of the building, which is a crane used for cleaning and maintenance of the building as well as for transportation.
Lighting on the outside of the building can be changed depending on the circumstances, there is a complete palette of colors.
