This advertisement already generated a meme and is 16+ rated.

Not a commercial. It\’s from some film I haven\’t seen yet. The male character is definitely in need of the doctor\’s attention as he\’s shut-in or very close to it, he\’s bad at game(he was saving/farming the ingame currency for half of the year for IS-7…) and he\’s definitely obsessed. The game was left unnamed but it\’s some tank\’s game with the IS-7 – you can guess how many such games there are(the answer: in Russia there are 2 tank games with IS-7).
Comedy/dark comedy/drama character type, this one is comedy in my opinion. There was the similar character in the \”Welcome to NHK!\” but the game was the generic fantasy MMORPG.
