Mark 12 6.4km/64 knots start on the Farragut
Mahan gets 9.2km torps.
-Fletcher and Benson ROF is 18 now
-Gearing now fires 20 rounds/minute
-torpedoes moved down tiers, minus Flecter, e.x. Benson can now mount Fletcher torps, Mahan can mount Benson, Farragut can mount Mahan.
