All right. This comes from 2 people: one in US, the other in Russia. It came in the form of an image – and I took only the text from it in order to avoid bad consequences (getting the leakers busted).
Some cool news: it will have battlecruisers.
So here it is, the planned (so far) Kriegsmarine tech tree, that will come to WoWS (at one point or another, gradually). It has some missing ships, but overall it is mainly done:
